Per-Entity Availability
Glossary
MTTA (Mean Time to Acknowledge) — Average time from when an incident starts (investigating) to when its root cause is identified or monitoring begins.
MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) — Average duration from incident start to full resolution. Lower is better.
P95 (95th Percentile Resolution Time) — The duration below which 95% of incidents are resolved. Captures worst-case behavior better than averages.
Avg values shown alongside MTTR/MTTA are the global averages across all entities for the selected time window, for comparison.
